Adani Realty wins Grohe Hurun India Visionary Real Estate Brand of the Year Award

The award was given at India’s Most Respected Real Estate Leaders’ Conclave 2025, organised by Hurun India, in New Delhi on 17 April

The honour is a testament to Adani Realty's consistent bid to excel, exemplified by its four key pillars of strength such as innovation, sustainability, quality and customer satisfaction and visionary leadership.

The journey of Adani Realty began with the launch of Shantigram, a 600-acre mixed-use development township project in Ahmedabad, in 2010. With a focus on residential, commercial, and social club projects, the company has made significant strides in all asset classes across key cities such as Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Gurugram amidst ambitious expansion plans.

Last year, Adani Realty was valued at Rs 56,500 crore and ranked as the top unlisted company, according to the Grohe-Hurun India Real Estate 100 Report.

So far, Adani Realty has developed 24 million square feet, while another 61 million square feet is under development.
